Legal Bases
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), processing is based in particular on:

- pre-contractual measures or legitimate interest when responding to email requests ;

Hosting and Security Through Cloudflare
The Film Fever website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Inc. also provides CDN, security and protection services against certain attacks.
In this context, Cloudflare may process connection-related technical data and logs necessary to deliver the website and secure the infrastructure. For more information, see Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics may collect information about browsing activity, including pages visited, visit duration, device type, approximate traffic source and interaction events. This data is generally aggregated or pseudonymised.
For more information, see Google's Privacy Policy and the page about Google Analytics.
Google AdSense and Advertising Partners
Film Fever may display advertising via Google AdSense, publisher ID ca-pub-1566143507871452. The ads.txt file is published on the site. Ad placements remain limited to editorial pages (home, news, category hubs, articles).
Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to serve, personalise or limit ad frequency. See Google advertising information.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Film Fever and the third-party services it uses may place or read cookies and similar technologies on your device. The main categories identified on the website are:
- Strictly necessary cookies: technical cookies related to hosting and security (including those placed by Cloudflare for protection and content delivery) ;
- Audience measurement: cookies and identifiers associated with Google Analytics 4 (G-6M9EXREVBW) ;
- Advertising: AdSense cookies (ca-pub-1566143507871452) that may be placed on editorial pages ; a Google Privacy & messaging CMP is planned for advertising consent in the EU ;
- Embedded videos: cookies placed by YouTube when you load a video embedded in an article ;
- Local site storage: Film Fever uses browser local storage (
localStorage) to remember your language choice (ff_lang), language banner dismissal (ff_lang_banner_dismissed) and your cookie choice (ff_cookie_consent, valuesacceptedorrejected) ; - Language suggestion cookie: a
ff_suggested_langcookie may be used to suggest a language version of the website.
Film Fever does not use Flash cookies or Adobe Flash local shared objects.
Consent Management
On your first visit, a cookie banner appears at the bottom of the page. It informs you about trackers used for audience measurement (Google Analytics 4) and, where applicable, external services. This homemade banner is not a Google CMP — it only manages analytics. The AdSense script is present in the <head> of every page, independently of this banner, until a Google CMP is enabled.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after your explicit consent (« Accept »). If you click « Decline », GA4 is not activated. Your choice (accepted or rejected) is stored locally (ff_cookie_consent).
Embedded YouTube Videos
Some articles embed YouTube videos via privacy-enhanced players (youtube-nocookie.com). Players load only after your action or analytics consent. Until then, a thumbnail with a play button is shown without connecting to YouTube.
When you play a video, YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) may place cookies under its own policy. See Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube Terms of Service.
Email Correspondence
Film Fever does not provide a contact form on the website. If you wish to contact the editorial team, you may voluntarily send a message to filmfeverfr@gmail.com.
An email may contain, depending on what you choose to include:
